Payment and Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 50% of total (including mileage fee), due seven days after sending the contract, in order to guarantee the booking of this event. Paid using VENMO unless other payment is arranged.
Remaining balance paid at least seven days prior to the event date. If the client cancels the performance, they must directly contact Roy Tanner at least 30 days prior to the event. If the performance is cancelled within 30 days of the event, there is $50 cancellation fee, due within 14 days of cancellation.
If the performance is outdoors, the client will provide protection from sun, wind, and precipitation. If not, he may refuse to perform!
