Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of (50% of total, due seven days after sending this contract) in order to guarantee the booking of this even using VENMO. Remaining balance paid at least seven days prior to the event date. If the client cancels the performance, they must directly contact Roy Tanner at least 30 days prior to the event. If the performance is cancelled within 30 days of the event, there is $50 cancellation fee, due within 14 days of cancellation. If the performance is outdoors, the client will provide protection from sun, wind, and precipitation. If not, he may refuse to perform!
